Shipping & returns
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, Jake’s Bike Shop will accept your return of the product within the first 30 days after the date of purchase under the following guidelines.
- All returns/exchanges must be brand new and accompanied with all of the original packaging, paperwork and receipt.
- Purchases will be refunded in the form of a mailed check within 10 business days of return.
- If the product shows signs of significant wear and tear or damage due to abuse, incorrect installation or accidents, as determined by Jake’s Bike Shop staff, it will not be accepted for return or refund.
- If a product purchased from Jake’s Bike Shop has a manufacturing defect, and is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we will file the claim and receive the part(s) on behalf of the customer. Labor fees may apply if installation of the warrantied part(s) is needed. Additional shipping charges may also apply.
- Unless covered by a manufacturers warranty, all customers are responsible for return shipping
